Audi tt 225 quattro 320bhp hybrid turbo bam engine

Audi tt 225 quattro, now 320bhp. This was a car I bought for a bit of fun last year and got a bit carried away on.

Started with replacing the front subframe with a really good used one, as the original was a bit rusty. Whilst I was at it I got the front hubs and suspension arms back to bare metal and painted them black. Fitted new front wheel bearings and all front suspension bushes with meyle items. New abs sensors fitted whilst I was there. Also got a set of 4 pot brembo brakes for the front and new disks and pads for the back.

Original engine had threw a rod, so a replacement engine with 81k was fitted, this came with a new dual mass flywheel and dual friction performance clutch, easy to drive with and never slips under power. The turbo was sent to Midlands turbo to be exchanged for a recon item, this was fitted with performance thrust bearings and made into a hybrid by machining out the compressor housing and fitting a ko6 compressor wheel.

When the turbo was fitted to the engine, a new stainless tubular exhaust manifold was installed. Exhaust after the turbo is 3 stainless down pipe and decat.

New genuine bosh Lambda sensor fitted, and new genuine N75 valve fitted, as both of these were found to be faulty on the old engine. New forge 008 reserculation valve fitted (dump valve) tyres have all been replaced with new perelli, P zeros on the rear and P7's on the front. I'm sure Iv missed a load out, I have loads of receipts, possibly not all of them. The interior is in good condition and standard except for the cup holder that I added out of much frustration of having nowhere to put a drink. I just don't have the time or space to do so.
